Shipping Coverage
We currently ship luxury gifting products across India. International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping Methods and Timeline
Standard Delivery:
- Cities: 5-7 business days
- Remote Areas: 7-10 business days
Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:

- Weather conditions
- Natural calamities
- Courier partner delays
- Government restrictions
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on:
- Product weight and dimensions
- Delivery location
- Order value
Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.
Order Processing
Processing Time: 1-2 business days
- Orders are processed Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays)
- Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed the next business day
- During festive seasons, processing may take longer

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

- Tracking ID to monitor your package

Delivery Process
Our Delivery Partners: We work with reputed courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery of your luxury products.
Delivery Attempt:
- Courier partner will attempt delivery at the provided address
- In case of failed delivery, they will make 2-3 attempts
- Customer will be notified via SMS/Call
Delivery Confirmation:
- Signature may be required upon delivery
- Please verify product condition before accepting
- Report any damage immediately to info@celebriqbysejalparikh.com
Undelivered Packages
If a package is returned to us due to:
- Incorrect address provided
- Customer unavailability after multiple attempts
- Refusal to accept delivery
Re-shipping:
- Additional shipping charges will apply for re-dispatch
- Contact us within 7 days to arrange re-shipment
- Refunds will not be provided for refused deliveries
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to:
- PO Box addresses
- Military addresses (APO/FPO)
- Areas not serviceable by our courier partners
Damaged or Lost Shipments
Damaged Products:
- Inspect products upon delivery
- Report damage within 48 hours with photographs
- We will arrange return pickup and refund/replacement
Lost Shipments:
- If courier confirms loss, we will provide full refund or replacement
- Processing time: 10-15 business days after confirmation
Packaging
All luxury gifting products are:
- Carefully packaged in premium materials
- Protected with bubble wrap and cushioning
- Sealed to prevent tampering
- Packed in weather-resistant outer boxes
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is NOT available. We only accept online payments through Razorpay.
