Cancellation & Refund

Order Cancellation

Before Shipment:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement at no charge
  • To cancel, contact us immediately at info@celebriqbysejalparikh.com with your order number
  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5-7 business days

After Shipment:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped
  • Please refer to our return policy for damaged products

Refund Policy

Eligible for Refund:

  • Products damaged during transit or delivery
  • Manufacturing defects discovered upon delivery
  • Incorrect items delivered

Conditions:

  • Products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Original packaging, tags, and invoices must be intact
  • Photographic and video evidence of damage must be provided
  • Luxury items must be unused and in original condition

Refund Process:

  1. Contact us at info@celebriqbysejalparikh.com with order details and damage photographs
  2. Our team will verify the claim within 2-3 business days
  3. Once approved, return pickup will be arranged
  4. Refund will be initiated within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned product
  5. Amount will be credited to the original payment method (Razorpay)

Non-Refundable:

  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • Products without original packaging or tags
  • Orders cancelled after shipment

Refund Timeline:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 7-10 business days
  • UPI/Net Banking: 5-7 business days
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank

Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer product exchanges unless the item is damaged from our end. In such cases:

  • A replacement of the same product will be provided (subject to availability)
  • If replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be processed
